It consists of 9 tracks recorded in 2023 at Ted-Sound Studios in Leigh-on-Sea. With the legend that is Mr Dave Dulake adding Hammond organ to 'Call Me' and 'Western Approaches'. Kate Bennett also on backing vocals for Elderberry Waltz.

This album depicts fond images of the Essex coastline, early parenthood and railing against Brexit!
